FPC Ntag 213 rectangular 18x12 mm high temp FDM/FFF 3D printing
FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) electronics tag for NFC are developed for tough conditions with integration in 3D prints in mind. The FPC tags are our most durable NFC tags for whatt.io and can withstand up to 200 degrees Celsius and made to withstand pressure and rust. They are developed for whatt.io specifically with FDM/FFF and 3D printing and with chamber temperatures up to 150 degrees constant for 30 minutes. Works on Prusa, Markforged, Intamsys etc with PLA, PETG, Onyx, Peek, Pekk, Ultem etc.
The 18x12x0.7 mm rectangular FPC tag 213 (RFID) is aimed for embedding inside a part, either in horisontal or a vertical slot of 19x13x1 mm and a pause in the G code will allow adding the chip during printing. Compatible with whatt.io product lifecycle solution and enables you to add the chip after production, on packaging or on products where integration is not possible. The FPC tag has 3M glue on the backside for easy montage.
Choose the amount of tags you need in the options menu, discounts are higher per tag based on the volume.
Distance from an active reader like a mobile phone is 25 mm and the tag should be 3-5 mm from the surface of the plastic part manufactured.
